With a larch shingle roof, larch panels and hardwood doors, the studio has exposed roof joints and a 4ft deep balcony, full of character and style.

Elevated from the lakeshore, the studio can be accessed from the back, which brings you into the rear of the summerhouse where French doors lead out onto a wide, sheltered balcony. Perfect for watching amazing sunsets over the lake, the large canopy offers shelter and comfort, making sitting outside a must, breathing in the lakeside air, taking in the landscape and letting yourself fully destress beside the water.

Stepping down from the balcony, the foreshore is the perfect setting for summertime barbeques and picnics while listening to the gentle lapping of the waves. Spot local wildlife against the beautiful backdrop, socialise with family and friends, recharge in the comfort of the studio, or take out onto the water!
